Random character! She is a student either walking to or from college. many students seen just outside campus, but this in particular got my attention and so the camera shot here. haha! actually no, just the art. and I gotta say I felt inspired to do this piece after having passed by a school here nearby, and I guess at that time when classes are about to start.
